CAD Recordings
& Transcripts
Police CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) recordings are audio files that capture real-time communications between dispatchers and law enforcement officers during emergency situations. These recordings provide a detailed account of the events as they unfold, serving as crucial evidence in investigations. Transcripts of these recordings convert the audio into written transcriptions, making it easier to reference specific details and statements. Both recordings and transcripts are essential for maintaining transparency and accountability within operations.
Does Henry County use their system for documentation, accountablity and enabling impartial investigation?
Kyle's Call
Kyle's call has prompted numerous questions.
Where did it originate from?
What time did the call actually come in?
Why was his call, that was provided to the defense, the only call
without a time stamp?
Why is he so calm? Why isn't he out of breath on his 'run'?
Why have we received two different versions of the same call?
Henry County Sheriff Office claims the call was placed at 20:53, however, their own system documents the call took place at 20:37.
They refuse to acknowledge our questions and concerns as to the timing conflict. They have ignored us for almost a year.... simply NO REPLY!
Version Received in 2015
In 2015, the original discovery we received was this call, without a time stamp. This is the only call to the dispatcher without a time stamp.
Was this edited to remove the time stamp?
Version Received in 2023
In 2023, we once again requested all discovery & received a NEVER BEFORE HEARD call, that included a time stamp @ 20:37,
16 minutes earlier!

CAD Recordings
We were only provided these calls in 2023, eventhough we had previously requested them. We were told they didn't exist. When listening to them, some of them end abruptly although the recording continues, but in silence. WHY?
This would make more sense if they all followed the same pattern of missing a greeting & good bye. However, the dispatchers impeccable manner seems to help string together what calls may have pieces missing.
The calls that have an (*) end in a manner that prompts questions.

Directive Verdict
Kyle Kern had cut off drainage to all of his neighbors, directly causing their basements and properties to flood. The Parsons' tried to hold him accountable. However after days of jury trial Judge Collier dismissed the jury & took the matter into his own hands providing a Directive Verdict in favor of Kyle Kern.
